Activate Official ICC Account

You can use myAccount Manager to: activate a new user account, reset your password, or change your username. Simply provide your ICC issued ID number, social security number, and date of birth. The ICC ID number starts with '933' and can be found on your ICC ID badge. You can contact ICC if you have trouble finding your ID number.
